Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive / Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, building strong client and agency relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective brand positioning in the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
Product Knowledge :
Develop deep understanding of company’s pharmaceutical products, therapeutic categories, and target markets.
Provide accurate product information to clients, distributors, and partners.
Marketing Strategy Execution :
Implement marketing plans in alignment with company objectives.
Organize and manage promotional activities, conferences, CMEs, and exhibitions.
Support brand-building activities for existing and upcoming products.
Agency Relationships and Engagement :
Maintain strong communication with advertising, distribution, and healthcare agencies.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Travel and Agency Visits :
Conduct field visits to clients, doctors, hospitals, distributors, and agencies.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
Reporting :
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
Track performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs.
Business Development & Expansion :
Identify and explore new business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
Expand distribution network and onboard new clients.
Revenue Growth :
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments.
Marketing Campaigns :
Design and execute campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground).
Support content development for promotional materials, brochures, and social media.
Underwriting Support :
Assist in preparing documents, proposals, and tenders for government and institutional business.
Carrier Relationships :
Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
Team Support :
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Regulatory, Production, and Quality to ensure seamless project execution.
Share market insights and customer feedback to support decision-making and strategy development.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Contribute to building a collaborative, high-performance work environment
Additional Tasks :
Handle customer queries and complaints promptly.
Ensure compliance with pharma marketing guidelines and ethical practices.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Associate, Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales/marketing preferred (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP tools is a plus.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and scientifically skilled Medical Writer to support the preparation of SOPs, regulatory, clinical, and scientific documents. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, clinical trial processes, and medical terminology, with the ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, accurate, and compliant content.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Writing:
Prepare, review, and edit regulatory submission documents (e.g., CTD modules, Investigator’s Brochure, Clinical Study Reports, Protocols, Informed Consent Forms).
Scientific Publications:
Draft manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations for peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
Clinical Research Support:
Assist in summarizing clinical trial data, safety updates, and pharmacovigilance reports.
Marketing & Medical Communications:
Create scientifically accurate content for training materials, medical information, and product monographs.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure documents comply with ICH, FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory guidelines.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, and R&D to gather and validate scientific information.
Editing & Proofreading:
Maintain high standards of grammar, style, formatting, and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Associate, Diploma, BS, MS or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medicine, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical writing, regulatory writing, or clinical documentation (freshers with strong academic writing skills may apply).
- Strong understanding of clinical research, pharmacology, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of reference management tools (e.g., EndNote, Mendeley) preferred.
